DAMAGES
“kyni” is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. if you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim. please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.

" kyni " is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. all fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).

kyni does not accept exchanges but accepts returns/refunds* on bikyni tops only (not bottoms). we ask the following requirements are met:
the item/s must be in original condition, with tags remaining in place
item/s must not have been worn or washed
items must be sent within 10 days of receiving item/s from kyni
the shipping cost incurred for returning item/s to kyni for a refund are not covered or reimbursed unless by fault of kyni.
